With your event’s success in mind, we require final payments to be settled 4 weeks before your big day, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

We prioritize your financial security above all else. That’s why we’ve designed our payment system to be not only user-friendly but also completely secure. Unlike some services, we don’t store any credit card information on file – you’ll enter your payment details directly and securely each time you make a transaction. This extra step ensures that your financial information remains entirely in your control.

How to Make Your Final Payment

1. Access your Airwaves Dashboard by logging in to your account
2. Click on “Make a Payment” found on the Home tab
3. Enter the Payment Amount, then click the “Enter Payment Details” button
4. Enter your card information securely:
   • 16-Digit Card Number (Visa, Amex, Debit, or Credit Card)
   • Expiration Month and Year
   • CVV Code
   • Cardholder’s Name
   • Cardholder’s Address
5. Once completed, you’ll receive a payment confirmation via email

Note: For your security, we don’t store any card information. Each transaction requires fresh entry of your payment details.
