Simply create your playlist on Spotify, and with a few clicks, sync it to your Airwaves dashboard. Prefer the traditional method? No problem! Our classic song request form remains available for those who wish to list their music selections directly in the dashboard.

How to Link Your Spotify Playlist

- Access your Airwaves Dashboard by logging in to your account
- Navigate to “Plan My Event” under the Home tab
- Click on the “Music” section (identified by the Headphone Icon)
- In the “Manage Music” section, select “Add Requests”
- Connect your Spotify playlist:
- Look for the Spotify Icon to link your playlist
- Important: Ensure you’re already signed in to your Spotify account in the same browser
- Once connected, your playlist will appear on the Airwaves Dashboard
- Select the playlist you have created for your event
- Organize your music preferences:
- You can add the entire playlist at once OR
- Manually drag songs to these categories in the right menu:
- Must Play During Dancing
- Play if Possible During Dancing
- Do Not Play
- Dinner
- Cocktails
- Pre-Ceremony
- Ceremony
