At Airwaves Music, we’ve designed our dashboard to make song selection intuitive and flexible, whether you’re planning an energetic wedding reception or a sophisticated corporate gathering. With multiple ways to search and organize your music choices, you can easily create the perfect playlist that captures the spirit of your event.

Our user-friendly dashboard allows you to organize your music selections into specific moments of your event. From pre-ceremony ambiance to must-play dance floor hits, you can easily categorize each song to ensure the perfect flow throughout your celebration. Plus, with the same great experience on both desktop and mobile, you can add songs whenever inspiration strikes!

Here’s how to build your perfect playlist:

1. Access your Airwaves Dashboard by logging in to your account
2. Navigate to “Plan My Event” under the Home tab
3. Click on the “Music” section (identified by the Headphone Icon)
4. In the “Manage Music” section, select “Add Requests”
5. Choose your preferred method to add songs:
   • Search by artist name
   • Search by song title
   • Browse our Top Hits collection
   • Add your own – can’t find a song? Simply provide the artist name and song title, and we’ll locate it for you
6. Organize your selections by assigning songs to these categories:
   • Must Play During Dancing
   • Play if Possible During Dancing
   • Do Not Play
   • Dinner
   • Cocktails
   • Pre-Ceremony
   • Ceremony
7. Customize your selections:
   • Click on any added song to include special instructions
   • Add notes about timing preferences
   • Request shortened or lengthened versions
   • Specify mixing preferences
