  Andy Soul + Airwaves was amazing!
We found Airwaves through WeddingWire and they were amazing! From the date we booked them to our wedding day, they were very responsive and accommodating to any of our questions and needs. We were paired with Andy Soul as our DJ and he was fantastic. He made sure to understand the vibe we were going for for each part of our special day and delivered the right energy. We also had some last minute requests up to our wedding day and he was very flexible and made sure to meet our requests. By the time the dance floor opened, Andy was able to read the room correctly and keep the energy flowing! There was never a dull moment on the dance floor.   The BEST Experience with DJ Andy and Airwaves
Airwaves Music was so responsive and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process, and their online portal really helped us plan every moment in our wedding. They paired us with a fantastic DJ: DJ Andy. Andy was exceptional in every way! Every single song had smooth transitions, was played at exactly the right time, and the cocktail hour and dinner music he chose was perfection. Andy is clearly a professional and extremely experienced! While we had some song requests for the dance floor, Andy knew exactly when to play each song depending on how early and how late it was in the night. We got feedback from our wedding coordinator and the guests that the playlist was outstanding. The dance floor was ALWAYS packed until the very last song! We are so grateful to have had Andy play at our wedding! Thank you so much to Airwaves and DJ Andy!

  Chris P. did an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding! He kept the music going all night, played a great mix of songs that everyone enjoyed, and did a great job reading the crowd.   Airwaves was a fantastic choice for our wedding DJ! They were so attentive and communicative throughout the entire process to make sure they knew what we wanted. They paired us with the perfect DJ, Chris A who was phenomenal! Chris made sure to spend time with us going over what we wanted, asking good questions, and making sure he understood our vision.   Chris P. was absolutely incredible as our DJ! From the very beginning, he was so attentive to my vision and really understood how I wanted the day to flow and transition. A few nights before the wedding, we had a phone call that completely put me at ease. I knew I could trust him, and he delivered beyond what I could have hoped for.

He had such a wide selection of music and was able to read the crowd perfectly on the dance floor. He knew exactly what to play to keep everyone dancing, and the energy never seemed to drop!

He was also so thoughtful about all the little details, including looping songs so the timing of our entrances was perfect. He even shortened our first dance song because I didn’t want to be dancing in front of everyone for too long 😂 .

Chris made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He listened to what I wanted, understood my vision, and then took it from there. We could completely trust him to handle the music and flow of the day to evening, and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a DJ who truly cares about making your wedding special!

We Met The Real McLovin’

In 2012 we were hired to DJ a beautiful wedding downtown. It turned out it was the real life “Mclovin” who the Superbad movie character was based on. Many of the movies stars were at the wedding and we weren’t allowed to take any photos. Mclovin even kind of looked like the movie character.

Top Secret Pool Parties

Airwaves was hired to help with the Westin Robson’s pop-up pool party for a season. Weekly throughout the summer the pool was converted into a lounge where anyone, including non-hotel guests could come for a swim, some drinks and a live DJ on the patio.

We’re Tough!

We were contacted by Tough Mudder, the adventure race, a few years ago. They asked us to provide two DJs and a 5 piece band for their 15,000 person post-event concert. It’s not every day we get to perform to so many exhausted, mud covered people and it was definitely memorable!
