Chris Petty (DJ Chrispy) brings more than 30 years of professional DJ and live entertainment experience to every event. Having performed across Canada and around the world, including nearly two decades entertaining aboard international cruise ships, Chris has developed an exceptional ability to read a room, connect with guests of all ages, and keep dance floors energized from the first song to the last.
Throughout his career, Chris has provided entertainment for well over a thousand weddings, corporate events, private parties, community celebrations, and special occasions. His background as both a professional musician and master of ceremonies gives him a unique edge—seamlessly blending music, announcements, timing, and crowd interaction into an unforgettable experience.

He was so great to work with leading into the event, with editing our first dance song and providing great music suggestions. He also connected with out cinematographer and us before the ceremony started to ensure the ceremony went smoothly, and lastly for keeping the dance floor bumping all night long!

Chris DJ’d at my wedding and could not have done a better job! He was amazing at reading the crowd and making sure he played something for everyone. He was extremely engaging the entire time. He had a great sense of humour and played specific songs after jokes which was hilarious! He’s definitely not someone who just presses play on a playlist and then ignores you. He was part of the party and ensured that everyone had a great time until the very end! I was amazed by how many people stayed until the very end and I credit that to him!
