A Little About DJ Thomas

Thomas Maxey is a DJ/Producer from Vancouver, Canada who felt the power of sound when he put the needle of his Fisher-Price turntable to a record at age 5. This set the stage to search for the stories we have yet to hear, guiding us down the secret path towards a well-balanced mix for every atmosphere.
With roots in Jazz, Funk, Soul, R&B, & Hip hop, Thomas sets the experience apart by harmonizing the best of the familiar, the forgotten, and the unknown. His expertise seamlessly blends custom-made playlists of those essential songs, establishing the ambience just as you imagined.
From backyard soirées to playing Vancouver’s biggest venues, Thomas puts the best track forward for international artists like Hayden James, FKJ, and Miike Snow. He frequently collaborates with musicians and has recently returned from living in Berlin where he focused on producing original compositions to go deeper with what moves us.

We’ve invested in online tools to make your life easy. When you book with us, we’ll give you a login to our online system where you can select music and write down the timeline of your event. As soon as you fill it out, we’ll have it, you’ll have it and your DJ will have it too. We’re also always available to answer questions.
