DJ Elise & DJ Jahda – aka The Bowes Buoys – are Vancouver-based DJ duo: Elise Bowes (pianist, sound designer) and Jahda Bowes (gear technician, guitarist). This team brings energy and experience, and are adept at curating unique soundtracks for any event. Elise works as an audio lead for Jackbox Games: composing music loops, SFX and game credit songs. As a jazz pianist, her knowledge of musical styles inspires her sound design. Jahda specializes in on-site setup and gear-coordinating to make everything runs smoothly and timely. She has an eye for venue details and always has a backup plan. This duo enjoys meeting clients and learning their stories, and are open to creating custom mixes for both existing songs and original music.
