A Little About DJ James
James has been DJing for over 30 years, and is very active in the DJ community. Currently DJing about 40 weddings per year, he also DJ’s many youth events and corporate functions.
Before joining the Airwaves team, James established himself as a multi op DJ business owner providing top rated DJ entertainment, emcee services and game show host in Calgary and Southern Alberta.
He started out DJing in the clubs on Electric Avenue then transitioned to private events including weddings, school / youth events and corporate functions.
DJ James has DJ’d over 2000 successful events with over 900 of them being weddings. He has the experience and professionalism to help make your special day or event a success!
He is an experienced emcee, with exceptional mic skills. He leads the party and adds a fun interactive element to get the crowd going!
James has a massive music library including the oldies, throwbacks and current tunes which he updates daily with the latest tracks. He loves all kinds of music, and he is a music fanatic so he can transition to any events tastes.
