A Little About DJ Rob

With a passion for classic rock and country music, Rob embarked on his DJ journey just over 40 years ago! It started quite by accident when he was attending an outdoor block party and the DJ was unable to perform. With everyone thinking the night was over, he stepped up and offered to be DJ for the rest of the evening; having no experience at that time but he had people dancing in the street having a great time till the end of the night. It was then he was hooked and started working with a local DJ company doing mobile and night club gigs.

He played tunes at Live Wire which was a hard rock and metal club later transitioning to the Longhorn Dance Hall playing top 40 and country. He then went into doing strictly mobile gigs, weddings, Christmas and Calgary Stampede parties and has been the soundtrack to over a thousand events creating memorable moments through music.

His passion for music has only deepened over the years and after four decades, he continues to find immense joy in being a DJ and sharing the magic of music with others.

He plans on keeping the rhythm alive for many more years to come!
